Tergum was required to be operated by a hierarchy of users, all tightly interconnected with each other, yet we designed it to be very easy to use.
A simple two-step process is crafted for users to create a Job, with support for all the major audio and text file extensions.
Users have the ability to chat with the team working on their Job to provide any further requirements. The Job is broken into multiple milestones known as contracts that are then divided across multiple team members.
Users can review a contract individually as soon as it is complete rather than providing everything in the end.
Translators have their own dashboard where they are shown available jobs they are eligible to pick, accepted contracts, contacts assigned by the admin, deadlines, due payments yet to be received, feedback from clients, and the ability to configure display image bio, skills, etc.
An admin panel with detailed statistics and features like onboarding employees, assigning contracts to employees according to their skill set, monitoring job progress, reviewing employee performance, checking dues and making payments to employees, chatting with clients on job level, and much more.
